At the Café & Bistro “Unvernunft,” from the kiezküchen GmbH, you will find a daily changing menu of delicious food at fair prices. The kiezküchen GmbH focuses mainly on regional and seasonal cuisine. Why is this bistro called “Unvernunft” (“Foolishness”)? It is by no means foolish to come to our tables! The café’s name actually points to the history of its location: the Mauerstraße, where the Kulturhaus and the Café & Bistro “Unvernunft” are located, was called “Unvernunft” until 1800. Why, exactly, is anybody’s guess – but we are always open to suggestions and ideas!
